She is committed to helping leaders build a strong safety culture within High Reliability Organizations. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles in human performance, continuous improvement, and safety across various organizations in the nuclear industry. Dawn has extensive experience managing nuclear safety, benchmarking, and business planning programs in both the UK and UAE. She has also contributed to the global nuclear community through her work with international agencies, including revising key safety guidelines. Dawn is known for her expertise in developing innovative programs such as the world’s first Nuclear English Proficiency Standard.
